Most frequent questions and answers

Total run time of all the video content is 6 hours.  The course also includes a 412 page printed workbook.

Course access is available right after your paid enrollment. However Warren suggests allowing time for the included workbook to be delivered so you can follow along. It usually arrives within 3 days.

If you signed up before 1:00pm, your book will ship the same day. Otherwise it ships next business day. Workbooks ship via CanadaPost (PriorityPost). A tracking number is provided.

The course can be accessed for a total of 45 days.  After 45 days all access to the course videos is closed. You’ll have a full 45 days with the course content.

In some special instances the course access time can be extended at Warren’s discretion.

The 412 page workbook is yours to keep forever. Most students agree, the book is an incredibly valuable reference throughout your owner build.

A desktop computer, laptop, iPad or tablet with fast internet is recommended.

(All Videos are Full HD 1080p)

**In some cases, very slow internet connections will trigger a lower resolution video stream. All course content will be the same though**  The low res is triggered to avoid annoying buffering and stuttering on slow connections.

No refunds will be given. Like most other digital products, once purchased refunds are not available.

**Warren’s in-person live course which is offered in select cities comes with an option of re-taking the course to students if they don’t pass the exam. The fine print on that offer is available at ownerbuildertraining.com
